RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Gas.Other expenses.

AGE: Customer must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and passport.

CHARGES FOR GAS: The car must be returned with the same amount of gasoline specified in the contract, otherwise, the missing amount will be charged at $20.00 per each quarter of tank.

PAYMENT:
Rent: Payment can be made with most major credit cards or cash.

DEPOSIT: A deposit is required and is blocked on a major credit card. unless client decline CDW

EXTRA HOURS: A 1 hour tolerance is permitted on your return time on your rental agreement. For the following 3 hours we will charge $10 for each hour. For over 3 hours, an extra day will be charged.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
* Daily rates are comprised of any 24 hour period.
* Free mileage applies for all rentals.
* All vehicles are restricted to transit only within Costa Rica.
* A valid passport and drivers license is required.
* In case of "NO SHOW" $100 US Dollars will be charged to your credit card.
* No charge for additional drivers.
* Up to $600USD deductible will be paid by the customer in case of accident unless covered by the customer’s credit card CDW provider.
