We are a Costa Rican company that began operations in 2008 in the car rental business. I have worked on customer service as an operations manager of several car rental companies ..

For me it was very frustrating to see the injustices that were committed with customers returning a car with minor damages, where they were charged excessively high amounts, or customers who thought they had made a reservation months in advance and we have to say we did not have cars per any excuse, knowing that we were overbooked for more than 30 cars per day, where we would choose the longer rentals and let without cars reservations with less amount of rentals days.. But if they were lucky We recommended another company that kept cars for those time of high demand where prices were extremely high, then the customer had to pay or their vacation were ruined .. These injustices are committed by some of the major car rental companies or they are also called The Big guys ..

From there I got the idea that we can do business without affecting clients .. So we decided to create a company where the price to be charge to our customers is the right price.

Large companies receive hundreds of daily reservations so they are not interested if as customer is happy or not .. We as a small bussines we have to give the best customer service, so that people will return to us or can recommend us to friends, family.

In Fast Rent a Car we are very proud to tell you that you are really important to us, we only charge what is fair and if you reserve with us your car will be waiting for you.

In addition our staff are bilingual English and Spanish.

Our vehicles are meticulously checked by our mechanics.

Last, the price your reserve is the price you will pay, we have no hidden fees..
